Once reviewed we need to create the timesheet PDFs and move them into the applicable folders in SharePoint, ready to either email to clients from the Assist inbox or to attach to invoices in Xero.
The General Manager will review the timesheets in Xero and advise the Office Administrator of any that need to have changes made to them before they can go out to clients.
Open the Detailed Timesheet spreadsheet and go to the Instructions tab
Select the Click to Generate ALL Timesheets button. The timesheet pdfs will populate in the [Month] folder that you created in the C: drive
Open the [Month] folder (via your file explorer)
Press CTRL + A to select all the pdfs
Press CTRL + X to cut the pdfs
Locate and open the Timesheets folder (via your file explorer)
Press CTRL + V to paste the pdfs
Delete the following pdf files:

Jensen Alive Limited
Meet the Jensens Trust
The VA Foundry (UNLESS there is time on Gina's timer)
Strictly Savvy
Go to the Timesheets folder (via your file explorer)
Move the timesheets of any Service Plan clients that are under hours into the 'Shiela to email from Assist' folder
All remaining timesheets will be for Flexi Plan clients or Service Plan clients that have gone over their plan hours and will be attached to invoices in Xero once they are created from Harvest, so are moved to the 'To attach to invoice in Xero' folder
