1945 Walter Buck appeared before the Fillmore County board to announce that the Soil Conservation Service was ready to move into their room in the courthouse in the southwest corner of the basement.
1949 In June, The Soil Conservation Agency, a division of the United States Department of Agriculture, was located at 117 No. 9th Street.
1951 The soil conservation service and the production and marketing administration were housed in the same office. The Soil conservation service was in the rear of the PMA office.
1955 The Soil Conservation Agency moved to 121 No. 9th Street.
1978 The Soil Conservation Agency moved to 137 No. 8th Street.
1986 The Soil Conservation Agency moved to 641 So. 13th Street.
1989 The Soil Conservation Agency was called Natural Resources Conservation and located at 120 So. 12th Street.
