Note: This property does not show up as 125 So. 10th until 1961 when Harold Hacker opened Hacker’s Café. Further history can be found under 119 So. 10th and 123 So. 10th.

1961 Harold Hacker purchased the café from Mrs. Harold Grundy and changed the name to Hacker’s Café.

1964 Mr. and Mrs. Ralph McCoy reopened Hacker’s Café, but closed shortly after.

1967 H. Wallace Swanson moved his insurance agency here from 822 G Street.

1982 Wallace Swanson became the owner.

1988 Wallace Swanson sold the property and his insurance agency to Richard Walter, who operated an insurance agency in Shickley and a branch office in Geneva at 141 No. 10th. Mr. Walter moved his office to this location.

1994 Richard Walter moved his insurance and real estate agency to 145 So. 10th.

1997 Jerry D. Anderson, attorney, purchased the property and opened an office here.

2001 Rod Norrie was the owner of the property.

2003 Paul Morgison and Greg Strothkamp moved Warpath Pest Control upstairs in the building.

2003 Fabric Fair Too, owned by Nancy Fleece, opened here.

2005 Fabric Fair Too closed.

2006 Beverly Churchill opened a used furniture and collectable store named Mikela’s Gift Shoppe. In 2008 the store moved to 115 So. 10th.

2008 Terri Wusk opened Terri’s Midwest Massage.

2014 Terri’s Midwest Massage—Healing Essentials—Massage Therapy was located here.
