1959 The Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service (ASCS) was located at 942 No. 13^th Street in a building built by John Wilkins.

1989 A new building was built that housed the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service (ASCS) at 120 South 12th.

1989 Its name was changed to the U. S. Consolidated Farm Services Agency.
