1962 Jake and Audrey Grey sold the property to Warren and Doris Rocole.

1963 Warren Rocole built the building for automotive and tractor repair.  The building was built from ammunition boxes that originally contained 5” rockets.

1964 Toby McMullen took over the Rocole business.

1965 McMullen moved his business to No. 8th Street.

1973 Larry Larson ran Larson Motors here.  

1975 Larson moved to 510 So. 13th Street.

1976 Bob’s Body Shop, Leonard Fiala and Bob Stoldorf.

1979 Stan Tatro owned the property.

1983 John Bartak and Richard Mueller owned the property.

1984 Bartak Motors & Body Shop.  Jack Bartak had a car wash and body shop.  He also sold used cars.

1989 Keith and Donna Sorensen owned the property.  Sorensen Motors operated out of a trailer on the property.

1991 Jerry and Amy Lane owned the property.

1993 Geneva Qwik Lube operated as part of the service station to the south.
