1926 C. A. Smith purchased the buildings that were moved to enable the erection of the brick buildings on North 9th—the Waite barbershop and Hall Hat Shop.  He moved them to this corner with the purpose of building a filling station.

1953 The brick building was built by Frank Kohler and had apartments on the second floor.

1953 Ray E. Bull moved OK Rubber Welders Shop here.

1960 Ray Bull, Robert Christiancy, and Jerry Crawford formed a corporation called O. K. Tire Stores, Inc. and had shops in Geneva and Central City.  Christiancy was in Central City and Crawford was in Geneva.

1962 Christiancy and Crawford purchased the business from Ray Bull.

1966 Bob & Jerry’s OK Tire Store moved to 337 So. 13th.

1967-69 Andrews Electric

1980 Natural Image Beauty Shop.  Moved to 128 ½ So. 8th in 1989.

1994 Chuck Leick had Leick Machine and Repair here.  The property was purchased from Judy Kohler Watt.

2000 Robert & Sherri Rohrig operated Picture This Photography.  They purchased the property from Chuck Leick.

2018 The building was purchased from Bob and Sherri Rohrig.  Sally and Jeff Row opened All Things Consignment.

2023 In December, the business had a going out of business sale and the building and property were listed for sale.
