1916 J. J. Lightbody erected a frame livery barn and Harry Porter took a lease on the building.
1924 Harry Porter moved his location from the Lightbody barn and made his headquarters at the Jameson Hotel.
1968 The building was used as a private garage and shop.
2007 Nancy Chaney owned the property. The old livery barn was torn down.
