1972 Gerald “Pete” and Wynona Peterson of Peterson Engineering purchased the property from Kiester-Walker.

1979 Mitch and Ted Hedden used the building as a personal repair shop.

2000 Randy Weaver of Weaver Repair, irrigation equipment and car & truck repair.

2006 Weaver moved its car & truck repair to the Wildcat building at 641 So. 13^th. They continued to store irrigation supplies at this address.
