Yates, Sam

Born March 21, 1855.
Died February 27, 1890 in Fillmore County, Nebraska at the age of 34 of consumption.
Married to Estella Taylor who died seven months later.
Parents of three children: Mabel, Roy, and Eva. The two daughters also died a month later, leaving Roy an orphan. He was raised by an aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Hughey.
