1883 In February, Dr. C. F. Harris and Prof. Donisthorpe moved the Geneva Magnetic Institute here from 942 G Street because their practice was so busy.
1883 In March, a woman died under their care and an inquest was held. The Institute was dissolved. However, Dr. Harris opened an office in Fairmont in July.
1911 In April, this site was suggested for the site of the new library.
1922 This location was sold to the Methodist Church.
