1981 1ST Federal York, Geneva Branch moved to newly constructed offices at 1141 G Street.  They were previously located at 139 North 9th Street.

1990 1ST Federal York was closed and was taken over by1ST National Bank of York.

1997 1st National Bank of York changed its name to Cornerstone Bank, Geneva Branch.

2020 Cornerstone Bank purchased the Pizza Hut building and lot at 311 North 13th Street and made plans to build a new building.

2022 Plains View Properties of Fairmont purchased the building.  

2023 In August, Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services opened offices here.
