1972-77 Jay Peters owned the home.
1980-81 Doug Hughes owned the home. He ran a roofing business and sold Conklin products.

1986 The home was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
1987 Vina Mody purchased and restored the home.
2022 After the death of Vina Mody, the contents of the home were sold and the house was to be sold.
2023 The house was purchased by Lucas Swartzendruber who did some restoration and remodeling.
