1964 Mrs Chester (Minnie) Hayden sold the Hayden Oil Co. distributing business and the South Side Mobil Service Station to Doyle Lade of Fairbury. Mrs. Hayden moved to an apartment in the new duplex units recently completed on north 12th Street. The Lade’s occupied the other duplex.
