Waldo came to Geneva with his parents in 1884.
He graduated from Geneva High School in 1894.
He served as the postmaster for a short time before entering the Omaha Dental College.
In 1901, he graduated and opened a dental office in Geneva.
In 1906, his office was at 892 ½ G Street.
In 1913, his office was at 924 G Street.
In 1915, he built an office at 1021 G Street.
In 1928, his office was at 130 No. 9th Street and he later sold to Dr. Wilson.
He was a member of the Methodist Church and the Masons.
He served as a member of the Geneva Board of Education, a member of the City Library Board, on the City Council and a member of the Geneva Community Club.
