1950 Built as an annex for Nixon’s Café. The Nixon’s filled in the vacant lot between the former service station and Uhlig’s Chat ‘n Nibble building.

1957 In April, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Rauh opened a used clothing and shoe store.

1957 In June, the used clothing store closed and Mr. and Mrs. Carl Rauh moved to Oklahoma for another business opportunity.

1960 Became part of the Laundromat and dry cleaning service.
