1901 John Kabley built a new blacksmith shop.
1904 S. J. Henderson & Co. purchased the John Kabley blacksmith shop. Mr. Henderson was “like a fish out of water after he sold his shop recently and was not content until he had another one on his hands.” He was located across the street from the Bargain Store.
1905 John Kabley purchased the Henderson & Co. blacksmith shop—the same shop he sold to Henderson about a year before.
1906 M. L. Flick purchased the Kabley blacksmith shop and planned to move the shop to the opposite side of the street. There were significant objections so he changed his mind.
