10/3 - 10/24: Polynomials (Algebraic Functions Part 1)

We are studying algebraic functions and equations (functions that are polynomials, or involve radicals, or involve rational expressions with polynomials or radicals).

Wednesday, 10/3 - we began our study of algebraic functions, specifically polynomials, and looked at what polynomials are, went over synthetic substitution, and end behavior. Monday, 10/8 - it's Columbus Day (Indigenous Peoples Day) and we have no school.

Tuesday, 10/9 - we're reviewing the different forms of quadratic functions and how they help us graph. Here are the slides from class. Your HW is Ex. 3.2 (p. 110) #2, 3, 20, 32 due on Thursday.
