Thursday, 9/5 - First Day of School - We did introductions and looked at the course syllabus. Here are the slides from our first day. Your HW for tonight is

• Familiarize yourself with Mr. Lao's website (DONE)
• Bookmark Mr. Lao's website
• Read the syllabus
• Gather materials
  • something in which to take notes
  • something in which to hold class handouts
  • something with which to take notes
  • a small stash of graph paper
  • a GDC ("graphing display calculator")
