In our short week, we continued looking at the basics of sets and set theory.

Mon 9/22: We looked at the idea of subsets and complements. Here are the slides from class. Your HW is page 247 (Ex. 9.2) #1, 3a, 4b, 5c, 8.

Tues 9/23: We looked at the union and intersection of sets. Here are the slides from class. Your HW is page 249 (Ex. 9.3) #4, 5.

Wed 9/24: We looked at graphical representation of sets and Venn Diagrams. Here are the slides from class. Your HW is page 251 (Ex. 9.4) #7, 9, 10.
