We have an overview of statistics this week.

Mon, 3/23 - we looked at cumulative frequency graphs (also called ogives). Here are the slides from class. Your HW is Exercise 9.2 & 9.3 p.301-2 #3-8 (not 6).

Tues 3/24 - we looked at box and whisker plots and measures of dispersion. Here are the slides from class. Your HW is p. 301 (Ex. 9.2 & 9.3) #9; p. 281 (Ex. 9.1) #10.

Wed 3/25 - we practiced the statistics graphs and measures we've learned so far, being careful to do everything by hand as well as by GDC. Here are the slides from class. Here are the problems on which we worked in class. Here is IB 2 mm graph paper to which you should get accustomed. Your HW is p. 303 (Chapter 9 Practice Questions) #2, 11, 13.

Thurs 3/26 - We practiced graphing box-and-whisker plots (boxplots) by hand. Here are the slides from class. Your HW due Monday is p. 303 (Chapter 9 Practice Questions) #7, 24, 26.
