We are continuing our work with indefinite integrals this week, as well as taking a look at what definite integrals are and what the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus says.

Mon 2/23: We practiced finding antiderivatives of composite functions by undoing the chain rule and using substitution. Here are the slides from class and here are the problems for HW - please do #21-29 odd.

Tues 2/24: We continued practicing finding antiderivatives using substitution. Here are the slides from class. Here are the problems from class, which you should complete (#1-3) for HW.

Wed. 2/25: We are looking at what a definite integral is and how it represents the area under a curve. Here are the slides from class. Here is your HW worksheet - complete #5-9 for HW.

Thurs 2/26: you explored the relationship between the integral as an antiderivative and the integral as the area under a curve. No HW tonight.

Fri 2/27: we evaluated definite integrals by using the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus. Here are the slides from class and here is your HW: page 476 (Ex. 14.2) #1-3, 10-12.
