We are finishing up our study of geometry and trigonometry this week. We will have an exam on Friday on right triangles, the law of sines, the law of cosines, the area of a triangle, volume, surface area, and missing parts in 3D shapes.

Mon 5/18 - we continued finding missing lengths and angles using right triangles in 3D shapes. Here are the slides from class. Your HW is p. 199 (Ex. 6.6) #5, 6, 7.

Tues 5/19 - we looked at projections of line segments onto planes in 3D. Here are the slides from class. Your HW is p. 199 (Ex. 6.6) #2, 4, 9.

Wed 5/20 - we looked at practice problems. Here are the problems from class. They are not for HW. We're going to have an exam on Friday.

Thurs 5/21 - Founders' Day!

Fri 5/22 - We have an exam on geometry and trigonometry.
