Rising Class I:

Congratulations on finishing your first year of IB Math! It has been a pleasure to be your teacher over the past year. I am excited to see how you all grow and mature over the summer and through your final year at TBLS. Please seek me out if you want any advice on college stuff: things may have changed a bit since I applied, but that still was not too long ago. As well, perhaps I'll see some of you in class next school year!

You should keep your textbook for use over the summer and next year: I will keep the book check out log for next year so that you may return the appropriate book to your magister/ra. However, for HL 2 discipuli, you should return your textbook to me and get an HL textbook from Ms. Yang.

Here are the details of your summer math assignment for SL 2 discipuli. Your due date is the first day of class, September 9th. For HL 2 discipuli, scroll down!

Directions:

Show ALL work and be ready to turn in assignment on the first day of class (Monday, September 9^th)

Do not use GDC (graphing display calculator) for solutions to problems in Papers 1-A and 1-B. If the submitted solutions to these problems were solved with the GDC, students will not receive credit for these problems.

For HL 2 discipuli, Ms. Yang has given you the details of your summer assignment. Your due dates are as Ms. Yang set, as noted in the document.
