Large sea cucumber with multiple folds in body.

Color

Multiple color patterns. Creamy white or brown with dark or tan spots.

Habitat & Depth

Mostly in areas of soft, sandy bottom, but also mixed areas of sand, rock and rubble. To 50m deep.

Distribution at GRNMS

Common. Found along periphery of ledge on sandy bottoms.

Geographic Range

South Carolina south to Brazil. Reported from Bermuda
