Westpac Business Internet Banking

This video shows you how to set up a new user that can create payments in Westpac Business internet banking but not authorise them. This is only for Westpac's internet banking.

If you need to be set up as a new User (someone who sets up payments and transfers but doesn't authorise them) then watch this video and talk the client through the set up process via a screen share Zoom call. It is our policy that the client authorises all payments. We set up the payments. There is no need to fill out any forms to be set up as a new User. The forms are only required for the set up of Authorisers or Administrators within Westpac.
