Robert Evans, Fireman/Electric Light Attendant, Mercantile Marine, HMHS Anglia. Lost at sea due to enemy action, aged 43, on 17 November 1915.
In 1911 the family lived at 3 Kings Road, Holyhead. Robert Evans (39) was born at Holyhead and employed as a ship's Fireman. His wife was Anne Evans (42), born at Amlwch. They were married at Holyhead in 1901 and at this time had 3 children, Robert John Evans (9), Jane Evans (5) and Ann Ellen Evans (2). Robert Evans' parents were William and Anne Evans, both from Amlwch, Anglesey. His father was employed as a Mariner. In 1881 they lived at 35 Porthyfelyn, Holyhead and in 1891 at 47 Porthyfelyn, Holyhead.
After his death his wife Anne Evans lived at 32 Kings Road, Holyhead.
