Three main parts: Headcanons, Serious AUs and Crack AUs.
Headcanons are stuff that can be inserted into canon because no detail is ever given about it in the lore. AUs are plots where you need to change the canon for them to fit. The difference between Serious and Crack AU depends on the tone of the convo, and is left up to the archivist's appreciation.
Each category is broken up by characters and topics as needed. More precisions about what's in each category is given in the category's page.
Additionally, there is a Creators category, where you can find a list of everyone who's ever created content for this archive. It exists mostly to facilitate the archivists' job, but you can also use it to see a list of your own contributions.
While this record an attempt to capture everything, the line between casual conversation and recordable information can be wobbly. All the content is just copy and pasted from the Discord, sometimes with light editing to clean it up.
For conversations that happened very fast with lots of people, some comments may have been cut or re-ordered for conciseness and clarity. Long conversations may be split into multiple entries as the topic shifted, or have had their most relevant parts yoinked out for recording.
Nearly all entries have Tags, a Creator, a Desc and an Archive.
Tags are the featured characters
Creator is the original prompter of the idea and/or the main contributor(s).
Desc is just the general info on the hc or au.
Archive are the improvised quotes and the memes added on the go during the convo.
Some entries have other sections, added as necessary. There is no general rule as to what sections are needed for an entry. Some recurring ones are the following:
Character: in AUs that aren’t Canon Divergences, this is a brief description of what the characters are like in this AU.
Fic excerpt: sometimes fic writers share excerpts of their work related to an AU or HC.
Gallery: when artists have drawn things related to an AU or HC
