Sokolov does another ritual, like maybe he carves the mark into a test subject while playing the overseer music backwards. The outsider is like fuck it. Appears and goes "well" then disappears

When sokolov tries it again he doesn't. He just keeps appearing at random intervals to see what sokolov will do to make him appear

what do you think'd happen if sokolov dragged corvo into helping him with one of his summon-the-outsider heresy things, (presumably without 100% knowing corvo was marked). bc the outsider'd be like "oh no wait i want to talk to my dear corvo ): but stinky boring sokolov is there ): what do i do?"

appear only to corvo but not sokolov. "Corvo why..." Appears only to Corvo but pouting

Corvo goes along specifically to piss off the outsider

imagine humansider meeting sokolov and sokolov is like "BITCH WHYD YOU NEVER VISIT ME" and then humansider gets to just finally say it to his face, "you werent that interesting"
