Alright so imagine she’s got a little hide away in the basement of addermire. Emily heads down to the basement to check it out and just finds quite a few guards and other people/animals just fucking impaled/skewered to the fucking walls of the place

but yeah just. someone still alive, even. hanging from the wall or pinned to the ground with metal stakes driven through their limbs, but they can't reveal anything because she cut - or perhaps more likely, bit - their tongue out

oh. Oh. her being the one to get impaled.

victim fights back and catches her by surprise. Yeah. they think this will help them get away but :). the victorious feeling of nailing her in the stomach with their knife or what have you, the brief shot of relief, immediately sapped away as she tears it out and laughs in their face
