corvo is basically crying from the second he finishes walking emily up the aisle

and just doesn't stop. because his baby girl is getting married! he's so proud of her! he loves her so much!!!

skipping a bit, later into the night, Emily saying something like "i wish you and mother could have had this" and corvo is like "we were happy with what we had" / "we had you, that's all either of us could have ever wanted". (i mean it's a bit of a lie bc corvo & jess would definitely have liked to not have to hide their relationship and hey, maybe get married too, but he's not about to bog emily down w that lol). maybe it's while em & corvo are dancing idk. and corvo's like "i don't want to be a debby downer," (yes he says exactly that) "But I know if your mother was here, she would be just as happy for you as I am, and she'd be so proud of the woman and empress you've become" which probably results in emily hugging corvo very tight (FUCK cold nobility demeanour she's hugging him)

wyman (or whomever you ship emily w) being like "haha lord corvo i outrank you now!" and corvo just being like "no" and they're like "[fearful mumbling] yessir". (however corvo's actually super nice bc emily loves wyman so he likes them too)

humansider is at the wedding. he's the one having to hand corvo tissues throughout the ceremony. he's like wtf i can't believe i marked this guy
