Thorpe likes the dogs. he's walking the dogs. every afternoon

He's friend with Kennel Overseer. Thorpe is mostly neutral towards the abbey but he loves when the Overseers visit Coldridge because he can see the hounds. Thorpe has met puppy hounds once while they were being trained

Thorpe probably has trained his hounds to run messages and food through the streets when it hasn’t been safe due to the plague

thorpe adopts hounds after dh1. thorpe going 2 the overseer kennels and saving the dogs which arent "suitable" for further training and about 2 get put down. Kennel Overseer sometimes sneaks him a hound puppy he knows won't survive training so Thorpe can find it a good home. He gets all the friendly ones. THORPE THE ULTIMATE DOG FOSTER DAD. Thorpe is an activist against unnecessary hound killing when there are perfectly good families that will adopt. the perfectly good families are all him.

Work may suck. But he got doggos at home to feed. If he has kids it’s his daily joy to come home and see them playing with le dog. his family is just his ex wife, 2-3 kids, and a badonker full of dogs. geoff comes back to thorpe's house for dinner or something and he is greeted by like 100 dogs

thorpe retiring to the country and living in a massive house w loads of dogs.

He has wallet photos of his kids… and his dogs. It’s just a long ass scroll or just dogs and some pics w dogs and kids. YES!! when he and geoff meet up the first 5 hours is just "HAVE I TOLD U ABOUT MY NEICE CALLISTA" "LOOK AT MY FAMILY!!! ARENT THEY WONDERFUL" x 48126321
