If the user so wishes, attack rolls made during this stance are modified by Dexterity instead of Strength.

When learning this technique, it applies to a single weapon. It can be learned multiple times, each time it applies to a different weapon.
The user makes a full-attack action with the held weapon and gains an additional attack at his highest attack bonus.
All attacks made this round suffer a -3 penalty to attack rolls.
This technique's effect do not stack with other non-permanent bonus attacks (ie, other techniques that grant additional attacks outside of speed ranks).
