This technique can only be used if the area of effect is rainy. It effectively turns falling
raindrops to iron pellets for an instant, causing extreme damage to any creature or
structure that finds itself within the technique's area. Any creature and structure that finds
itself in the area of effect suffer 6d8 point of piercing damage, though creatures may
make a Fortitude save and take only half damage. If a structure's width is completely
immersed in the area of effect, it takes double damage.
