When under the effects of non-detection, the target(s) cannot be detected by life scanners, motion detectors, tactile sensitive devices, automated defense systems and other electronic sensory devices, however they can still be seen on video equipment and heard through speaker systems though such devices will not sound alarms based on motion or noise levels. note that the targets can still set off alarms by breaking eye-beams, interrupting alarm circuits (opening a door that is alarmed) etc, living opponents can see, hear, smell and touch the targets of non-detection - it has no effect on natural senses
the user can affect one creature, plus one additional creature for every three levels he's attained: one a 1st, two at 3rd, three at 6th, four at 9th and so on) when used by someone of 12th level or higher the power can affect one small vehicle *(such as a prowler, or a shuttle ) and a user of 18th level or higher can target a large vehicle such as a leviathan or command carrier.

2 control points per 10 rounds for first target, +1 control point per 10 rounds for each additional target

this power increase one more more of the target's physical abilities (Strength, Dexterity, Constitution) When using it the user decides which ability to increase as well as the amount by which it is increased. The user can increase one, two or all three abilities, of each target by a combined amount equal to his level. this power may only be used on a willing target or targets.
All targets receive the same boosts to their abilities ability modifiers for all of the boosted abilities increase for the duration of the power. this increase is factored into all
skill checks, attack rolls, damage rolls, initiative checks - all appropriate rolls,actions, etc
If the ability is constitution, the modifier increase is added to each of the targets wound Dice until the duration expires (a character generally has one wound die per level)
When taking damage, these are the first wounds taken, when the power ends the character keeps only those wounds which exceeded the temporary wounds,
If the user targets only himself with this power, the duration is tripled ( 3 rounds per level of the user)
Cost: 3 control points per point of increase for first target, +1 control point, per point of increase for each additional target.
