The priest can use the deaden pain power on anyone within range. he need not touch the target, nor is there
a saving throw. when someone shielded by deaden pain suffers wounds (actual or subdual) the power has the following
effects:
Actual Damage: When a shielded character takes physical damage, the amount of wounds are reduced by 1/2,
Keep track of all the damage absorbed by deaden pain as this absorbed damage is dealt to the Priest as
subdual damage at the end of the 5th round.
Subdual Damage: When a character shielded by Deaden pain suffers subdual damage, those wounds are reduced by 50%, This does not prevent special effects, such as those which might cause a character to become stunned or unconscious. The wounds prevented by deaden pain are not applied when the power ends, they are gone.

This Character, along with his clothing and gear blends completely into his surrounds becoming nearly invisible, even when someone is standing next to him or walking around him, there is almost no trace of his presence.
In order to detect someone under the effects of Nei Chameleon. a character must make a Perception check with a DC equal to 13 + the level of the person using the power, Chameleon can also be detected by using advanced tech scanning devices and the Nei Detection power.
While under the effects of Chameleon the character may use other powers. if the character makes and attack of any kind while using chameleon, everyone within view of the character makes an immediate perception with a DC equal to the level of the character (+13 is lost during attack phases)
Once someone has successfully perceived the character they can keep track of the user until or unless direct line of sight is broken for at least one minute(6 rounds) in which case a new spot check must occur when an opportunity arises.
