[Energy] Control

This type of technique includes all manner of Energy Manipulation and other feats of control that are not Manipulative or Primal Arts. Spells such as Tree Climbing, which allows you to walk on vertical surfaces or upside down, and Tadayou which allows you to walk on liquids, belong in this category.

The relevant ability score for Energy Control is Wisdom, and perform requirements are met with the Energy Control skill.

Body: A body spell focuses on enhancing or interacting with a part of your body. These techniques include hardening the skin or walking on water.

Spirit: A spirit spell focuses on enhancing or using the powers of the mind to achieve powerful results, such as Dispelling a man.
