Cody's key responsibilities include:
Managing and providing daily support requests and delegate them to appropriate team members
Planning, implementing, budgeting, and supporting all clinic software, hardware and equipment as well as all non-IST supported IT infrastructure
Implementing and supporting various integrated business software systems
Collaborating with stakeholders and providing recommendations on current and future projected technology needs

Matthew's key responsibilities include:
Supporting onsite clinical applications
Troubleshooting issues
Maintaining computer hardware
Tracking and responding to daily inquiries
Assisting with large-scale upgrades
Support Analyst, IST (Rotational)

Various IST Support Analysts rotate through assisting with IT issues through the MPSoD every 3-4 months
