Please note the update made to the “Ortho Grad” tab of the Internal Referral Form. The top section of the form is now limited to two types of referrals:
Orthodontics Graduate Program
Orthodontics Graduate Program - ResearchÂ
Please note the addition of the “Ortho Treatment” section at the bottom of the “EOE/IOE Pedo/Ortho” form in the CAF-P forms in axiUm. The new section consists of 2 questions:
Does the patient require phase 1 orthodontic treatment?
Does the patient/parent/legal guardian wish to proceed with phase 1 orthodontic treatment in CCCA?
The Pediatric Dentistry Treatment Coordinator will be notified of all positive responses and will contact the patient/parent/legal guardian to schedule an appointment.
Good news! Our IT team has found the solution to the Think Kiosk issue. Â
Currently, each computer is undergoing manual software updates. Since not all computers have been updated, please avoid restarting computers as this may lead to lockdowns, requiring manual overrides by staff. If you encounter a locked computer, seek assistance from clinic staff or IT support to unlock it manually.Â
The IT team aims to completely resolve the issue by the end of next week. Thank you for your patience!
If there is product left in either etch syringes or sealant syringes, please return them to the Dispensary so they can be managed appropriately.
Students should ensure the safety and security of equipment and instrumentation loaned to them by storing it in their designated lab lockers. Those opting to store items on KEC Student Lab shelves do so at their own risk. If students have inadvertently taken equipment that does not belong to them, please return it to its rightful owner.
