UPDATE:  Blood Pressure Kits in OHC

Blood pressure kits are now stored on the countertop in the operatory, rather than inside the cupboard.  

Please return blood pressure kits to operatory countertops when they are not in use.

REMINDER:  Amalgamators

If treatment providers are finding that amalgamators are not triturating appropriately, please either bring the amalgamator to the Dispensary so that it can be sent for repair or submit an eMaint request.

Additionally, if the amalgamator does not power on, please check that the GFI power outlet has been reset.

UPDATE:  Trios 4 Intraoral Scanners

Due to a 3Shape software update, instructions for logging into the Trios 4 scanner have changed.  After logging into 3Shape Unite using password “scan”:

• Click on “Joe sleiman”

• Enter passcode “111111”, then select “New Patient” as usual.

Please ensure that intraoral scanners are powered off (shut down) before returning them to the Dispensary.

Please also be sure to follow the instructions for intraoral scanning, particularly:

• Treatment plan 04820 - Intraoral Scanning in axiUm

• Only enter information in the Last Name field in the following format:

  • First Initial+Last Initial+Chart Number+space+date (DDMMYYYY) eg. DL999999 05062024
