Developing a comprehensive innovation & technology strategy for the MPSoD aligned with the College of Health Science and overall institutional strategic vision.
Identifying and prioritizing digital initiatives that will enhance the student learning experience, faculty research capabilities, operational efficiency and effectiveness, and patient care delivery.
Advocating for and securing resources necessary to implement innovation & technology strategy.
Overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of innovation & technology initiatives.
Monitoring progress towards achieving the digital transformation goals and objectives.
Identifying and mitigating risks associated with innovation & technology projects.
Facilitating innovation by mentoring individuals through a streamlined process that ensures the right product, ideal timing, and appropriate support initiatives, maximizing uptake and successful outcomes.
Form an educational AI task force that reports to ITAC to create a shared philosophy, as at the moment, we are all working in silos.
