Dentistry technical services (IT) is help-based and the services available will depend on where you are located, whether you are a student or staff, and what applications you may need.

If you are located in the above areas and require assistance, which includes additional teaching and training support, loaner equipment or are a student, please contact them at dsupport@ualberta.ca.

They will not turn away any request but may direct you to submit a ticket to the Central IST team for support or submit one on your behalf if your requests do not fall into the categories above. The central team supports all standard applications and standard desktop equipment, including networks and servers — even if it was previously under dentistry technical services. 

This contact list will help route you to the correct contact area for your technical services request based on your location. As we continue our transition process, this table will be updated regularly to reflect any new information that is made available.
