Have you recently experienced a life event change such as marriage, birth or adoption of a child, or any other change in family status. If so, you will need to update your dependent or beneficiary information as this ensures your benefits coverage reflects your present circumstances and the correct entitlements are applied to you and your dependents. Please refer to the applicable staff group for benefits information page for more information and to access forms. A signed Change to Beneficiary form must be submitted for any change as per our benefit provider.
If you have a dependent over the age of 21 and under 25 years, enrolled as a full time student at an academic institution, then they are eligible for extended health coverage.
