The administrative operations and support services team is accountable for faculty recruitment, annual report, human resources and operations that include records management, minutes, and dept council and ACFD support.

The CBCT team is responsible for processing CBCT radiology reports,  acquiring CBCT images and assisting in radiology.

The clinical finance team is responsible for processing finances in the Oral Health Clinic.

The clinical services team is made up of multiple units that together operate the Oral Health Clinic.

Four teams make up the comprehensive care group that are responsible for student-focused learning and patient-centred care in the Oral Health Clinic.

The CDE team is responsible for the coordination of ongoing training for the oral health-care professionals in the industry. 

The curriculum management team is responsible and accountable for supporting curriculum management, ensuring overall curriculum integrity is managed in accordance with the established framework, processes, policies, and procedures.

The dental outreach team is responsible for the school's outreach activities, including the satellite clinics.

The materials management team is responsible for the over 30,000 different instruments and material kits in the Oral Health Clinic.

The MDRS team is accountable for ensuring the adherence to safety, sterilization and disinfection standards (IPC, CSA, CDSA).

The team is accountable for patient coordination and dental assisting in the orthodontics graduate program, fabricating orthodontic appliances, supporting research and clinical trials.

The patient services team is responsible for patient coordination and administration for patients in the Oral Health Clinic.

The prosthodontics laboratory team is responsible for fabricating prosthesis for patients of the Oral Health Clinic.

The RDA services team provides their expertise in the Oral Health Clinic.

The student and academic services (SAS) team is responsible and accountable for planning, designing, implementing, and managing effective and efficient services related to the administration of undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate programs.

The technical services (TS) team are responsible and accountable for the administration and operations of the Mike Petryk School of Dentistry's technical resources relating to student learning, patient care, and research activities that are not supported by Information Services Technology (IST).
