Olga Loggale (DDS student), with the help of her colleagues in dentistry and dental hygiene, hosted a very successful booth at the Black Medical and Dental Students Association annual community health fair at the Clareview Recreation Centre.
Olga Loggale (DDS student), with the help of her colleagues in dentistry and dental hygiene, hosted a very successful booth at the Black Medical and Dental Students Association annual community health fair at the Clareview Recreation Centre.
The booth showcased the impact of technology in dentistry and leveraging preventative care. They also received some goodies from Crest/Oral B and PearlyPromiseDrive to give away to the attendees including a brand-new Oral B IO toothbrush! PearlyPromiseDrive is a new initiative run by a student doing her undergrad in biology and she creates dental kits with toothbrushes, floss, and toothpaste. The aim is to help increase access to oral health products! So far she has donated to A4A, Sharing Smiles, SHINE, and now the Black Medical and Dental Students Association!
