Scheduling rooms, utilizing exam and assessment software to build, upload and invigilate exams.
Assisting faculty and instructors with uploading educational materials to the learning management system (Canvas).
Alexander's key responsibilities include:
Facilitating the student absence process to ensure all absences meet appropriate school guidelines and regulations.

Rosanna's key responsibilities include:
Recruiting, coordinating and selecting all students to the DDS program, DDS advanced placement program, dental hygiene bachelor of science (dental hygiene specialization) program, post dental hygiene diploma degree completion program, dental assisting certificate and supporting graduate and post-graduate programs.
Analyzing and evaluating applications for admission with specific admission criteria which are unique for each of the school’s accredited programs.
Administration and onboarding for incoming UG students.
David's key responsibilities include:
Supporting the department’s undergraduate admissions committees and assisting with the department’s admissions initiatives and activities.
First point of contact for potential undergraduate applicants, parents, academic and non-academic staff with respect to the doctor of dental surgery program, DDS advanced placement program, dental hygiene BSc program, dental hygiene post diploma degree completion program and dental assisting program.
Assists in the evaluation of student applications and supporting documentation for admissions to the Mike Petryk School of Dentistry’s undergraduate programs.
Works closely with Rosanna.
Deniz's key responsibilities include:
Responsible for the administration of the Mike Petryk School of Dentistry’s graduate and postgraduate programs and initiatives.
Responsible for the management of applications, admissions, graduate assistantships, academic progression, scholarships and awards, graduation, enrollment projections, annual reporting, and all administrative operations related to these processes.
Develops, coordinates, maintains, and supports the educational activities for all graduate programs and postgraduate dental education.
Alexander's key responsibilities include:
Supporting the ACFD bridge training to dental practice in Canada program director, Dr. Ida Kornerup, in coordinating all the meetings with the clinical education leads within the school.
Helping to manage space utilization in the simulation lab and clinic.
Coordinating schedules and laying the groundwork for the day-to-day administration of the program.
Coordinating aspects of the pre-entry assessment.
Serving as the first point of contact for the candidates.
Setting up the program structure in calendar.med and assess.med.
