REMINDER: KEC Student Lab - DDS Students

DDS students are asked to have ALL ITEMS transferred from their assigned lab shelves in the KEC Student Lab to their assigned lockers.  This must be done by the end of day TODAY in preparation for the proposed lab renovation.  

ANYTHING LEFT BEHIND WILL BE DISCARDED.

Additionally, DDS students are asked to return any loaned items from Dispensary that are not in use (bite forks, impression trays, etc) to the Soiled Counter as soon as possible.

Student Access to KEC & Sim Lab

DDS and DH students will have NO ACCESS to the following from July 8 until August 27, inclusive:

• KEC (includes OHC, KEC Student Lab and Learner Lounge)

• Simulation Lab

REMINDER:  Scanning of Diagnostic Casts - DDS Students

Please ensure diagnostic casts have been scanned using the 3 Shape lab scanner in the Prosthodontics Lab before the end of the Intersession Term.  Please discard old lab cases ie. working casts, if the case has been completed.  Please remove mounting plaster and save mounting plates.

Please remember that the Prosthodontics Lab is open from 7:45am-11:45am and 12:45pm-4:15pm.

REMINDER:  DDS/DH After-Hours Emergency Coverage during Summer Break

Please note that all DDS students will have their after-hours extension numbers inactivated during the Summer Break.  Many thanks to the GPR residents who will be managing afterhours emergency calls for patients of record of the DDS & DH programs:

• 4:00pm July 7 until 9:00am September 5.

Request Forms for Charts & Equipment Stored Off-Site

Please use the following forms to request archived paper charts or supplies/equipment that are now being stored off-site.  Please be aware that about 1 week lead time will be required to have charts/equipment returned to the OHC.  These forms can also be found in the axiUm Links Guide in the "Help Files" section.
