UPDATE:  Student Access during Break (April 29 - May 7)

DDS Student access to the Sim Lab in Kipnes as well as the Student Lab in KEC will remain unchanged during the upcoming break, however, there will be one full day where all the equipment in the wet lab, in the Kipnes Sim Lab, will be unavailable for use during maintenance.

Please don't forget to submit a SoD Fit for Work Screening Questionnaire form if coming into KEC Student Lab.  

REMINDER:  Equipment Requests

Starting May 8, all DDS TCs will be "tying" planned treatment to appointments as they are being scheduled.  This means equipment requests will be done automatically for students - no need for manual requests in these cases.  

Students who have patients without planned treatment will need to submit a manual equipment request.

Please review all equipment requests at least 48 hours prior to the appointment - if additional equipment is required, students must add a manual request for the additional equipment 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

UPDATE:  Dental Assisting Students from NAIT

Dental Assisting students from NAIT will be joining us in the OHC from May 9 until June 2 from 8:15am-11:45am, Tuesday through Friday.  Please see here for more details.

REMINDER:  DDS/DH After-Hours Emergency Coverage 

Please note that all DDS students will have their after-hours extension numbers inactivated during the upcoming break, from 4:00pm on April 28 until 9:00am on May 8.  Many thanks to Dr. B AuCoin who will be managing after-hours emergency calls during this time.
