Angie has two primary roles:
Providing executive assistant support to the ACFD project for .5 of her time and can be reached using admin@acfd.ca
Providing support for the chair through various activities like:
Dept Council support
Scheduling meetings and calendar management
Taking minutes when needed
Assembling documents (printing, photocopying, expense claims, etc.)
Drafting correspondence (letters and/or emails)
Angie will also be responsible for things like filing/records management, building maintenance, access management, etc.

Tracy is responsible for managing the executive team meetings and participates in annual strategic and operational planning activities.
Tracy’s main responsibilities include:
Faculty recruitment
Annual reports – promotion letters, managing the process
Human Resources – onboarding/offboarding, records management, etc.
Operations – manages departmental governance which includes committee TORs, memberships, academic administrative position descriptions and accreditation

Teena's key responsibilities include:
Facilitates internal and external grant/award submissions for faculty, postdocs and graduate Principal Investigators
Serves as the primary contact for the Grant Life Cycle, managing VPRI communications and resolving over-expenditure issues
Coordinates departmental research competitions and the administration of endowment grants
Support Research Committee operations, the Undergraduate Research Initiative, and research seminars/events
Streamlines research-related financial processes, including payments, reimbursements, and travel authorizations
Provides administrative support to the Associate Chair (Research), Research Unit Directors, and Student Research Group
Promotes research achievements via school newsletters and websites
Maintains comprehensive research and publication databases to generate key performance metrics
Provides strategic support to new faculty, graduate students, and postdocs to enhance their research portfolios
