Resources for Visitors and Volunteers
Welcome to the School of Dentistry
We are looking forward to your arrival and we want to provide you with some helpful information to assist you during your stay.
General Housekeeping
Temporary touchdown space may be available for your visit and will be requested and arranged for by your host. Desk space is limited and you may need to share a space so that we may accommodate everyone.
If you have any operational questions or needs, your host will be your first point of contact to assist you.
Once your academic visitor paperwork is completed and submitted, it can take up to a week for your affiliation with the university to be active in the system. Once it is active, you can request your ONEcard (university ID card) and have access to the resources below:
ONEcard Info
Then you can either:
Request a ONEcard through this link and go pick it up when ready from the location identified in the email.
Go in person to have a card made while you wait, you will need to bring with you a photo ID and your university ID number:
