Certain expenses must receive authorization from the executive committee before a contract or payment. The expenses include education, preclinical or clinical resources or infrastructure that either is:
Valued greater than $5,000 or
Utilizes software or
Has ongoing annual costs.
To begin the process, you will submit a request to the resource and infrastructure expenditure committee (RIEC). The committee will review and make a recommendation to the executive committee. All decisions will take into account the school's budget.
